This is the seventh chapter of the Goblin Slayer Side Story II: Dai Katana manga.
Full Summary[]
As Captain shouts that their opponents are goblins, Female Bishop has a flashback to being assaulted by goblins and falls to her knees screaming. A couple goblins attempt to take advantage of Captain being distracted, but he recovers from the blow and the battle continues. Soon the goblins are wiped out and Captain is able to check on Female Bishop who sits on the floor panting. She assures him that she's uninjured and he leaves her in the care of Female Wizard. Reflecting on the situation, Captain thinks that while the battle would be nothing to established adventurers, it was still a matter of life and death for them.
His reverie is interrupted by Half-Elf Scout going around congratulating everyone for their work. Half-Elf Scout then turns his attention to opening the treasure chest that Captain isn't certain whether it appears out of nowhere or was there all along. Myrmidon Monk confirms that chests just appear in the dungeon as Half-Elf Scout sets to work with his lockpicks and tools. As they wait Female Warrior quietly approaches Captain about Female Bishop and asks him to not be too upset with her as she's been through a lot. To which Captain asks is there anything that Female Bishop has done thing that he should be angry at her for. Soon Half-Elf Scout succeeds in opening the chest which is full of gold coins, and the party briefly celebrates their fortune. As Captain starts to give the order to head back, Female Bishop speaks up attempting to apologize for earlier, but the party brushes it off as 'nothing happened' much to her relief.
Heading out of the dungeon the exit is in sight, however just as Captain is thinking they're done for the day, blobs with bones floating in them suddenly arise in the hallway between them and the exit.
