Full Summary[]
Goblin Slayer asks Dwarf Shaman if he can use tunnel blast to create a hole in the canal to drain the water, but Dwarf Shaman tells him that would damage the city above. Goblin Slayer comes up with a new plan; Lizard Priest and Goblin Slayer would board the ship to fight and Priestess would cast another Protection all in order to give Dwarf Shaman time to attack with his spells. The party buys enough time for Dwarf Shaman to cast Stone Blast to sink the boat.
When the group notices a straggling goblin in the water, a large white alligator emerges and eats him. As they ran for an exit, Goblin Slayer tells Priestess to ready another miracle and they notice several more goblin ships ahead. The goblins, seeing a light approaching, prepare to attack the adventurers. However, the alligator appears and attacks their ships. Priestess had cast Holy Light on the alligator's tail as a decoy for the goblins. Goblin Slayer explains how they have learned to follow the light of adventurers, and if someone taught them how to make boats, the goblins would make them themselves. He further explains that because the goblins did not know about the alligator, they must have been brought by someone to the sewers.
