Full Summary[]
When Goblin Slayer approaches Sword Maiden, he reveals his suspicion that she knew everything behind the goblins in the sewers. He discloses that the alligator in the sewers was her familiar, and the murders in Water Town were not the work of goblins. Sword Maiden reveals that the Demon King loyalists had placed the mirror, but were already defeated. Goblins still remained, but she delayed any action hoping the people in Water Town would fear the goblins as she did. Goblin Slayer replies that he saw what the goblins' cruelty from beginning to end, and as a result, he is unable to understand her feelings. He further responds that he won't save her, but promises to kill goblins if she calls him, including the ones in her dreams. Crying in relief, Sword Maiden declares her affection for him.
While travelling home with his party, Goblin Slayer states his intention of trying an ice treat, much to Lizard Priest's joy. High Elf Archer notes that despite the adventure being a goblin-slaying quest, it wasn't too bad.
Taking place just after Goblin Slayer's party destroyed the altar, a minion of the Demon Lord curses in frustration at his failure. Immediately after the Demon Lord berates him, a young adventurer and two others get his attention. The minion demands to know how they found their location, which the young girl calls "a lucky roll of the dice". The minion identifies them as enemies of his dark lord and transforms into a more beastly form. However, the girl slices him in half, stating that he didn't count on a hero.

- Sword Maiden reveals that she knew more about the goblins than she let on, and wanted the people in Water Town to fear them like she did.
- Goblin Slayer promises to kill goblins if she asks him to, even the ones in her dreams.
- The Demon King loyalists in charge of the goblin infestation were killed by a hero just after the underground altar was destroyed.
