Full Summary[]
As soon as goblins prepare to ambush Goblin Slayer's party in a cavern, the latter pulls out a gate scroll to flood the area. The resulting current propels the other party members through the air, and they make a safe descent thanks to Dwarf Shaman's Falling Control. Goblin Slayer kills the last survivor, and the party makes it back to town by nightfall.
Goblin Slayer heads into a dark Adventurer's Guild when he spots a small figure sleeping nearby. He draws his blade in the event that it was a goblin, but it turns out to be the the young wizard from before. The boy tries taking notes of his quest report, which Goblin Slayer dismisses as a bad idea. The boy asks to be taught goblin slaying, but Goblin Slayer bluntly refuses. Guild Girl tells him that the boy is a recently registered adventurer who was only interested in slaying goblins; something Goblin Slayer regards as ridiculous. Upon learning the boy didn't have a room, Goblin Slayer gets the boy to come with him outside. Guild Girl notes her extreme case of overtime and muses that Goblin Slayer must have rubbed off on her.
