Full Summary[]
Goblin Slayer and Spearman's parties continue cutting down the attacking goblins in the cavern. Spearman tells Goblin Slayer not to throw weapons all over the area. But Goblin Slayer is not worried since they are just consumables and it would be worse if he had thrown magic items, which goblins could use against him. As High Elf Archer and Goblin Slayer collect their arrows and daggers, the elf asks why he did not consult her in letting Priestess go with the rookies. He asks if she is upset, but the elf is not only asking if he is worried about her. To make her feel better, the adventurer states that he is.
High Elf Archer then alerts her comrades that she hears more goblins coming. However, she has no idea where they are approaching. The adventurers they prepare for battle, with Witch taking measures by casting Deflect Missile. The goblins barrage in, digging out from the tunnels. However, Dwarf Shaman's spell takes effect and most are put to sleep, leaving some to be tramped by their own fellows. The remaining are killed by Goblin Slayer swinging a bag of rocks, bashing their skulls, and Spearman who impales them.
The goblin shaman, at the back of the mob of goblins, casts Magic Arrow sending a volley of magical projectiles at the adventurers. Witch counters it with her magic, protecting the adventurers. The goblins attempt to protect their shaman using a collection of shields, but High Elf Archer easily snipes and kills him.
The adventurers, however, are tired and had a few spells to use, but Goblin Slayer has a plan.
