Full Summary[]
High Elf Archer, while sorting out the clothes she and the other women bought, is approached by Goblin Slayer inquiring on her work. The elf decides to make some tea for her friend. After making the tea, the elf notices that Goblin Slayer is working on bolas in preparation to fighting the goblin riders. While disappointed in the weapon application of the item, High Elf Archer suggests Goblin Slayer appreciates the musical quality.
They are interrupted when a beautiful elf and her attendant enter the lodgings. High Elf Archer recognizes her to her older sister, Forest Princess. Her older sister scolds her sibling for the large volume of lingerie that's on her bed, though High Elf Archer states that they belong to her friends. However, this only earns her more scolding from the older elf for going into their belongings. The older elf recognizes Goblin Slayer from the stories, though admits the songs about him do not match, which the human is nonchalant at. Still, the elf thanks Goblins Slayer for looking after her sister, asking if she isn't causing too much trouble even suggesting that his team not hesitate to find another tracker to replace her sister.
Before Goblin Slayer can respond with an answer, he notices the elf attendant behind High Elf Archer's sister kneeling behind her. The human approaches her, recognizing her before addressing her, telling the elf that he killed the goblins who tortured her. Hearing this the elf is in tears of relief.
In private, High Elf Archer's older sister tells her younger sibling she was surprised that he was the one who helped saved her attendant. Though High Elf Archer corrects her that she and her team saved the elf and her companions. Her sister then asks if High Elf Archer has had enough of adventuring, wanting her to settle down, expressing some tolerance of her having a lizardman companion, but a dwarf companion is stretching it. Furthermore, she thinks its time that High Elf Archer should be acting like the daughter of the Elven Chieftain. Her concerns of brushed aside by High Elf Archer, until her sister brings up Goblin Slayer. Noting that he is nothing like the tales that are told about him and even when her sibling admits this, it draws the question as to why the other elf still is accompanying the human.
High Elf Archer considers her reasons, admitting that she sought him for his help, but found Goblin Slayer to be interesting for a human. But after seeing his focus on killing goblins, High Elf Archer made a wish to introduce Goblin Slayer to a real adventure for once in his life. After seeing him, High Elf Archer just can't leave her friend on his own, and tries to take Goblin Slayer on a real adventure for every goblin hunt he does. That being said High Elf Archer reminds her sister that be they human or elf or any other race, they are all the same.
A roar from the forest is sounded, and something is crashing through the trees, heading towards the village. From the balcony, High Elf Archer spots the disturbance, but lacks her bow, but Goblin Slayer comes to the rescue tossing her weapons to her. Goblin Slayer orders High Elf Archer's sister to retreat back into the tree whilst he and her sister assess the situation. High Elf Archer quickly identifies the creature to be the Mokele Mubenbe.
