Full Summary[]
The goblin shaman eventually recovers, getting and finds his subordinates looking over the edge of the tower where the adventurers escaped. The shaman begins berating them for their failure, but that is the least of the issue as elevator soon bursts with water flooding the top floor, sweeping the goblins out to the edge. It turns to be all part of the adventurers plan by using Tunnel to direct pressurized water from underground to the highest level of the tower.
While the tactic will leave the tower unharmed and flush out the goblins, High Elf Archer worries that the decreased water left inside the underground will affect the water system of the elven village. However, as things go, all the adventurers can do is let the elves deal with it. As the adventurers continue to float down to the ground, Dwarf Shaman asks if they will return to the wedding, and if High Elf Archer has any plans to get married herself. The elf answers that she doesn't expect to marry not for at least a millennium. Though Dwarf Shaman jokes if anyone would be interested in her at that age, annoying the elf.
Goblin Slayer checks on Priestess noticing that she has been quiet. Priestess is still guilt ridden of having perverted the miracle of Purify that was meant to clean water to kill a living creature even if a goblin. She fears what the Earth Mother will think to have her gift perverted. Although Priestess wonders if the goddess was a hand as when Priestess was praying for help against the goblins the Earth Mother answered with the miracle. Priestess herself is unsure how to interpret this. But Goblin Slayer soon distracts at a sight of a rainbow appearing in the morning sky.
Elsewhere, Hero slays a worm-like monster before turning her attention on an army of demons, which are annihilated by her companions Sword Saint and Sage. Hero soon faces the master of the demons, a giant monster. Said monster laments to itself that it’s ploy to raise a goblin army to distract its presence was foiled.
