Background[]
Guild Girl admires her Older Sisters
Guild Girl was born as the younger daughter of a noble family in the Capital and had at least two older sisters whom she admired greatly for their maturity. When she was older, she alongside Inspector, was trained for civil services by Examiner. After Guild Girl graduated from the Kingdom Civil Service Academy, she began working as a receptionist for the Adventurer's Guild in the Capital.
At some point, Guild Girl was a victim of harassment from an Adventurer, one she described as a loud braggadocios type, which forced her to accept a transfer to the Western Frontier town to start over. This event also caused her to prefer the "Strong & Silent" type of men as she found the loud boisterous types to be very annoying.
Year One Volume 1[]
Guild Girl starts the Spring open enrollment by signing up many eager young rookies, all the while trying to keep a brave face as she notes many of them will not survive very long if they ignore veteran advice. She was then registered a rookie, one that would become known as Goblin Slayer, and directed him over to the Smith's shop to get equipped for his future assignments.
As many veterans ignored the growing threat of Goblins, and rookies underestimated them, Guild Girl grew depressed and Guild Girl's Colleague advised her to keep a brave face for the Adventurers, and be a smiling face for them to return to. Guild Girl took notice that the rookie she registered earlier was continuing to take nothing but Goblin Slaying Quests, finishing them with alarming precision. His actions not only earned him her respect, but also a growing admiration.
Later, when the hit was placed on the Rock Eater, Guild Girl refused Young Warrior's request to join the fight solo in order to avenge the death of his teammate Half-Elf Ranger on grounds of the danger. She ended up relenting when Heavy Warrior allowed him to temporarily join his Adventurer Party.
Year One Volume 2[]
When Goblin Slayer found a magic ring in a Goblin nest, Guild Girl introduced him to Witch in an attempt to get the ring appraise. In return for her assistance, Witch asked for Guild Girl to introduce her to Spearman so that she could form a Party with him. Guild Girl did exactly that for Witch, but Spearman misinterpreted Guild Girl's actions as affection for him, cementing his one-sided love for her which Guild Girl regrets to this day.
Year One Volume 3[]
As time went on, and Goblin Slayer accrued enough experience points to be promoted to Steel-Rank, Guild Girl filled out his promotional forms and sent them to the Capital Office for approval. Later, her instructor, Examiner, arrived to discuss Goblin Slayer with Guild Girl, throwing her, and the entire Frontier Town's Guild Office, off guard and into panic. Examiner made it clear that Guild Girl did nothing wrong, calming her nerves, but realized Examiner was put off by Goblin Slayer's single-targeted mission to eliminate Goblins. Guild Girl attempted to argue on behalf of Goblin Slayer, reasoning his growing expertise was necessary with the ignored Goblin threat, But Examiner decided to conduct the promotional review herself. Guild Girl scheduled Goblin Slayer to return to the next day, knowing fully well he was not presentable at all.
The next day, Guild Girl sat in on Goblin Slayer's promotion review, and was caught in the crossfire of the two trading barbs at one another causing her great grief. Thankfully for Guild Girl, Goblin Slayer took the review seriously enough, causing Examiner to journey with him on his next assignment. As Guild Girl waited for their return, she took note of the increasing earthquakes shaking the area and hoped someone or something would stop them. When Goblin Slayer returned alone, Guild Girl read the letter he had from Examiner which promoted him to Steel Rank and congratulated him.
Goblin Slayer Volume 1[]
She was first seen being concerned with the newbie Adventurers, which included Priestess, going to kill a Goblin nest on their own.
Guild Girl was the one who provided the last push into convincing the Adventurers to assist Goblin Slayer and Cow Girl against the Goblin Lord. Veterans and rookies alike were skittish about the situation because even they knew fighting an entire goblin army was incredibly dangerous, and Goblin Slayer didn't have the money or charisma to make the risk worthwhile. Guild Girl managed to convince the Guild into turning Goblin Slayer's plea into an official mission with a generous reward (one gold coin per goblin head), winning the Adventurers over.
Goblin Slayer Volume 2[]
Some time later, she asked Goblin Slayer and an Inspector to help her in a promotion interview with several adventurers, with Rhea Scout being the first. After they deduce that Rhea Scout had been stealing treasure behind his group's back, she demoted him to porcelain rank and banned him from adventuring. After Goblin Slayer left the room, she admitted to her colleague, Inspector, that she had feelings for Goblin Slayer.

Guild Girl enjoys the Festival with Goblin Slayer
A few days before the Harvest Festival, Guild Girl worked up the courage to ask Goblin Slayer to go on a date with her. On the date, she took Goblin Slayer to a watchtower, where they observed lit lanterns floating toward the sky and Priestess performing a god calling prayer. While watching, Guild Girl, remembering that Goblin Slayer's actions enabled this moment to happen, felt some degree of guilt for jumping at the chance to ask him out before the festival and wondered if he was truly capable of seeing and understanding someone other than Goblins.

Upon returning to the Guild, however, Rhea Scout, seeking revenge for his demotion, ambushes the couple. Fortunately, Guild Girl's defiance toward the rhea distracted the attacker long enough for Goblin Slayer, who was playing dead, to kill him. Guild Girl briefly broke down and scolded him for making her think he was dead. Still, when Goblin Slayer announced that goblins were on the move, Guild Girl encouraged him to do his best, while putting on the biggest smile she could.
Goblin Slayer Volume 4[]
As Rookie Warrior and Apprentice Cleric were on a string of failures, they went to Guild Girl asking for advice, to which she remarked how backwards it was for them to be asking her for advice on how to kill monsters. Because of this, Guild Girl pointed the rookie duo in the direction of Goblin Slayer, a man who is an expert at doing more with less.
When a request form the Royal Court came down for Heavy Warrior, he went to Guild Girl asking for aid since his main partner Female Knight had caught a cold. Spearman volunteered himself in order to impress Guild Girl, much to her annoyance, so she asked Goblin Slayer for help as well.

Later, on her day off, Guild Girl ran into High Elf Archer as she was doing her laundry and quickly realized she had no underwear and took it upon herself to help her buy some and teach her why underwear was so important. Seeing she was getting nowhere though, Guild Girl relented and instead, she and Inspector found a TRPG and began playing a campaign with High Elf Archer. Cow Girl and Priestess eventually came by them and Guild Girl invited them to play as well as the quintet took on a campaign that ended in disaster for them, but they admitted they had fun.
At the end of the day, Guild Girl and High Elf Archer enjoyed a bottle of wine together and toasted each other for their unsuccessful campaign, but vowed to try again someday.
Goblin Slayer Volume 5[]
Guild Girl and Cow Girl wait for Goblin Slayer's return
With Winter's arrival, Guild Girl passed on a message from Sword Maiden to Goblin Slayer asking for help to saved Noble Fencer. While Goblin Slayer was gone, Guild Girl waited for his return, she kept company with Cow Girl, all the while listening to Spearman's latest tales of daring do. While she listens to his tale, Guild Girl playfully admits to Cow Girl that while she doesn't "hate" Spearman, he's just not one of her "favorites".
With Goblin Slayer's return and the end of the year, Guild Girl leads the toast to the New Year in the Guild Hall for the Adventurers. After her speech, she and Cow Girl insisted that Priestess bring some food to Goblin Slayer, who was on patrol.

With Spring's arrival came open enrollment for rookie Adventurers, putting Guild Girl and her associates hard at work registering the newcomers. One newcomer in particular, Wizard Boy, ended up causing Guild Girl a great deal of annoyance with his abrasive personality and suicidal overconfidence. After staying late having to watch him, she asked Goblin Slayer to set the boy straight and prayed Goblin Slayer would get through to the angry rookie.
Later, as many of the rookies began training at the new Training Center, Guild Girl stopped by to check on how all the trainees were doing and was pleased to see their progress.
Goblin Slayer Volume 7[]
Summertime fun!
During the summer, as Guild Girl handed out everyone's mail, she was stunned to hear High Elf Archer read her letter and announce "It's time to get married". Upon learning High Elf Archer's older sister Forest Princess was getting married, Inspector encouraged her to use up some of her vacation time and go with High Elf Archer and the rest of her friends to the wedding. Though at first hesitant, Guild Girl eventually relents and becomes excited at witnessing an Elf wedding.
Goblin Slayer Volume 8[]
In the Fall season, Guild Girl had given Goblin Slayer a Quest to deal with "Sea Goblins", as the Quest Giver described them. When Goblin Slayer returned, however, she found herself at his mercy, as the creatures were actually "Gillmen", not Goblins at all,which caused Guild Girl to have to explain herself and apologize for not correcting the Quest Giver.
Goblin Slayer Volume 9[]
With Winter's arrival, Guild Girl spent her time indoors brewing her tea for everyone who was hunkering down for the Winter and handing out Quests that were Winter sensitive.
As Rookie Warrior and Apprentice Cleric approached Priestess and the rest of Goblin Slayer's Party for help, Guild Girl registered the temporary Party team-up and wished them luck.
Goblin Slayer Volume 10[]
As Goblin Slayer and his Party started to defend the Temple of the Earth Mother's vineyard for the coming late spring Wine Festival, Guild Girl was happy Goblin Slayer was stepping out of his comfort zone to help Priestess and her friend Sister Grape.
Later on, as mysterious negative rumors began to spread about Sister Grape, and a movements of a shady wine merchant began coming to light, Guild Girl and the rest of the Guild grew concern. Goblin Slayer then approached Guild Girl and let her know he was going to take a break from Goblin Slaying Quests to handle the situation, an act that pleased Guild Girl.
After the situation was handled, Guild Girl joined the other girls in the grape stomping during the Wine Festival.
Goblin Slayer Volume 12[]
Guild Girl requests Goblin Slayer's assistance during the Winter
As Goblin Slayer went on another special quest with Heavy Warrior and Spearman, Guild kept company with Cow Girl, Inspector, and Padfoot Waitress. During their conversation, Guild Girl reveals that the Desert Princess has been restored to power thanks to a young knight that was able to restore her to power. As the girls chatted Rhea Chef gifted them with some hot cocoa which, much to Guild Girl's amusement, made Padfoot Waitress drunk somehow.
As Goblin Slayer returns, Guild Girl requests his aid for a "special project" in the coming Winter, and much to her happiness, Goblin Slayer agrees to help
Goblin Slayer Volume 13[]
Mixing business with pleasure
As Winter time approaches, Guild Girl calls in her favor with Goblin Slayer, explaining during the Yule Festival, the Guild wants to run a "Practice Dungeon" so rookies can get a taste of what Adventuring is like before the Open Spring Enrollment. With that, she explains to everyone she has been placed in charge and would like Goblin Slayer to act as her Dungeon Master and help her set up the Practice Dungeon. Guild Girl went on to recruit Half-Elf Warlock and the rest of her Party in helping her create "Goblins" for her Practice Dungeon. As she was preparing to open her Practice Dungeon, Guild Girl took time to register a newcomer to the Guild, The Girl.
During the day of opening, Guild Guild was extremely excited to open the Practice Dungeon up to the public during the Yule Celebration as the entire Frontier Town got in on the action. Guild Girl was pleased with the Dungeon's success, but soon Elf Scout revealed that an actual Goblin Body had been discovered in a corner of a dungeon by a secret entrance, and that one participant had gone missing, The Girl. With this, Guild Girl formally "hired" Goblin Slayer to search and rescue The Girl and gave him her purse as a "down payment". As Goblin Slayer went off to battle, Guild Girl instructed the rest of the veteran Adventurers to stand guard and be ready in case of emergency but to also not cause a panic given all the civilians in the area.
Guild Girl was relieved when Goblin Slayer returned with The Girl, who miraculously was unharmed and unaware of all the danger she was in! Sadly though, Goblin Slayer had used a great deal of Guild Girl's personal items from her purse to slay the Goblins but promised to replace them. Unnerved, Guild Girl accepted his proposal on the condition that he accompany her on the shopping trip to replace them.
Goblin Slayer Volume 14[]
Keeping true to his word, Goblin Slayer accompanied Guild Girl to help replace the personal items of hers he used during the Practice Dungeon. She was all the more happy that he seemed to be taken the shopping trip seriously, if not too seriously as usual, but Guild Girl didn't mind.
During the trip, Guild Girl notice that Goblin Slayer seemed "off" lately, and tried to get him to open up to her. Realizing he had the yearning to go on an Adventure, a real Adventure now that the Frontier was safer with the Goblins going into hibernation for the Winter. Guild Girl excitedly acquired a Royal Request and convinced Goblin Slayer to give it a try; much to her surprise, he agree and prepared to go off the Adventure.
Goblin Slayer Volume 15[]
As Baturu came to the Frontier Town and caused a massive scene with her quest to search for her missing Princess, Guild Girl tried to act as an intermediary. Hearing that an Adventurer potentially went wrong a kidnapped a Centaur Princess causes Guild Girl to panic, believing that the delicate image of Adventurers to the public eye would be terribly damaged and facilitated a Quest to search for the Princess.
As Goblin Slayer agreed to take the case, Guild Girl and Cow Girl debated on the case and their faith that Goblin Slayer could solve it. As they talked, Guild Girl revealed she had tickets to an upcoming Jousting Tournament and invited Cow Girl to go with her.
