As a result of being struck by lightning, a permanent Lichtenberg figure in the form of white scarring ran down her right upper arm and branched off towards her heart.[1] According to Priestess, the Húsfreya is said to look the very picture of the Valkyrie, the Goddess of Battle & Sex.
Personality[]
The Húsfreya has a calm and friendly demeanor. She is willing to accept strangers for what they are unlike the rest of her tribe who marveled and were in awe at foreign races such as Elves and Lizardmen.

Background[]
The Húsfreya was the only daughter of the previous konungr, the Viking king. A year before Goblin Slayer and his party visited the northern lands, the Kingdom claimed the north as part of its territory. To cement their claim, a knight of the Kingdom married the Húsfreya.

Húsfreya and her husband welcome their guests
The Húsfreya greeted Goblin Slayer and his companions cordially on behalf of her husband, who was dealing with an injury he had received. She then brought the visitors to her husband and introduced them, before offering them hospitality in the village and a place to stay. Later that day the Húsfreya provides the travelers a tour of the village and its operations and explains the crane invention in their ports to them. As they continue, Húsfreya becomes very friendly with Priestess who begins to look up to her for her beauty and maturity.

In battle, the Húsfreya wields a spear and shield. The Húsfreya is a strong warrior and also a powerful cleric in service to the "Mother of Darkness" Goddess, allowing her access to powerful Miracles.

- Lightning Armor: She can summon an armor made of Lightning to envelop others to greatly enhance their defensive and offensive capabilities.

The chieftain of her tribe and also her husband or "Húsbóndi" as she calls him, and the pair appear to get along well.

- Húsfreyja is Old Norse: hús (“house”) and freyja (“lady”).
- She wears a belt that bears a bunch of keys that are the true emblem of her office.
- According to her husband, she is called the "One-Eyed Bear" in The Kingdom; while she is unbothered by the alias, her husband isn't amused.
- The Húsfreyja views her scar to be a blessing from the gods, a holy scar of the sadistic god, bestowed in her youth.
