Recalling his own experience, he warns the rookies to be more careful. Young Warrior starts walking away after thinking it wasn't appropriate to talk down on them, but he is stopped when one of the adventurers thanks him for the advice. Thinking moping wouldn't help anybody, Young Warrior decides to accompany them.
The group discovers that goblins were inhabiting the abandoned mine. Young Warrior takes note of each adventurer's abilities, realizing how well his old party got along in the process. Suddenly, a horde of goblins followed by a hobgoblin rushes toward the adventurers. Young Warrior states that he will draw away the goblins and their poison daggers since he had the best armor, and directs the martial artist to deal with the hobgoblin.
