Full Summary[]
Arc Mage stresses over not having enough time to solve the puzzle as the goblins threaten to break through Goblin Slayer's defenses. She apologizes for dragging him into her scenario, to which Goblin Slayer acceptably dismisses as a goblin-slaying one. Recalling the pocket riddle his master had told him, Goblin Slayer recognizes that what he currently had in his pocket were his hands, and declares that he will buy Arc Mage time. This gives Arc Mage the idea to cast the spell Expedite, allowing her to speed herself up and work at a faster rate. At the same time, Goblin Slayer pulls out the Gate Scroll he had gotten from Witch connected to the bottom of the sea and unleashes a torrent of water that tears apart the goblin horde.
