Full Summary[]
Just as Guild Girl began feeling overwhelmed by the amount of untouched goblin quests, the goblin slayer arrived to take one. The adventurer is uninterested in a reward, prompting Guild Girl to tell that a reward is what he needs to make a living. When the adventurer is convinced and leaves, Guild Girl notes to herself that the adventurer is surprisingly good-hearted.
Later, the young warrior's party, alongside the goblin slayer make quick work of a goblin in an open field and rescues the sheep the goblin attempted to steal. The goblin slayer and the monk discover the goblin was starving, leading the monk to deduce that it was a wanderer. The goblin suddenly springs up to attack the half-elf, only to be held down by the goblin slayer. Wanting to know more about goblins, the goblin slayer dissects the goblin in front of the party, which later earns the ire of nearly every adventurer at the guild. Guild Girl advises him not to do anything that could cause a misunderstanding.
Meanwhile, the young warrior's party enter a cave intending to hunt for blobs. In response to half-elf's uncertainty, the young warrior assures that he will protect her, which makes her regain her confidence. However, immediately after the young warrior slays a blob attacking the half-elf, the party looks up to find her partially chewed body inside a rock eater's mouth.
